Doubling square footage in your room

I have two 200sq ft rooms side by side I want to flower in. There’s no ac and I currently have “7000”led watts over 6 plants in one room. I’m going to reconstruct the rooms. I saw once a method of growing where they were using spydr x lights and double stacking them. Essentially cutting the room in half and having 5ft of height for veg and flower (with 10ft ceiling). The plants would be trained with tie downs. Opinions?
