1st time grower newbie.
I noticed on 1 of my plants (super silver haze) that some of the leaf stems are growing downwards (see pic).
Just wondering if this is normal, if not... what would cause this downward growth.
I have another plant growing next to this one and doesn't have any downward growth.

I want to assume genetics, but it looks like it is getting light from only the window. I would try to put the plant under a decent led light or ouside. I also noticed the leaves are showing stress from either nutrient burn or some kind of stressor. It can only do you more good to fix your light issue. But can you tell us anything else about your grow? Soil type, photo/auto, nutrients, container and watering schedule/type of water....

I have had a plant do that for the very bottom leaves as it first entered veg. A friend of mine said it's bad that they do that, possibly from bad genes, and to clip them. I did and never seen it again. Not sure what caused it.

I'll clip the downward growing leaves and hope no more grow like that.
a few leaves got burnt as the plant grew a lot while I was on vaca and some leaves touched the led light source.
I have 4 2ft strips of barrina white LED lights 10w = 250w equiv above the plants in the greenhouse, which are on 19hrs + the sunlight from the patio door. The plants are currently in 1'x1' square container' (wide x tall), planted in foxfarm ocean forest soil. I plan to move the plants outside into a 20gal containers once the temps here in NY stay over 60*. i water the plants every other day, sometimes 3days if the soil still feels damp.
