Went to Dr. Graves to renew today I get there and they tell me for new mmp's they have to come in see the doctor and check back up with him in 2 weeks before sending in the paper work. He said he got a letter in the mail from the Department of licensing and regulatory affairs to do so....It's to have a relationship with the doctor.

interesting... the proposal package from the leg is just horrible... one of em changes the qualifying conditions to remove chronic pain, et al, unless it is related to one of the primary concerns of aids, cancer, glaucoma, ms, etc... would remove a good 80%+ of the registered patient base... likely, my guess. another one puts additional pressure & requirements on the docs... what he's likely worried about. another removes asset siezure protections for registered patients. basically a gutting package. wishing us some luck w the next session.
