4-2-0 NPK claimed on the label. Derived from Alfalfa meal, cane molasses, rock phosphate, milk whey, seaweed extract, potassium hydroxide, and langbeinite.
I'm surprised they don't have K values listed on the label because the last 3 ingredients contribute a significant amount of potassium.
