Drinking from a Cattle Trough

All my flowers drink from a cattle trough. It's been about 15 years since I've done a grow diary here so I figured it was time to update things. Like a lot of my fellow growers here I'm getting old and my health isn't good. Ruptured disk etc...

Bulk storage for this batch. I might possibly grow more than I can consume. Shelf stable long term storage. Rosin and infused oil have both shown to do well over time. I’ve vac stored flower but it just doesn’t hold well
I’ve got a temple ball of full melt that has been sitting in a drawer in my bedroom for 18 months! If anything it has gotten softer and seems like more oily! But it hasn’t molded up! At least the last time I looked!😁🐒

I think it was the first one I ever made and probably the best one! But I wrapped it up in cellophane and threw it in a film canister, and continued to make other stuff! Forgot all about it, and seven months later came across it sitting up there! Took a look and it had morphed a little bit! So figured why not leave it and see what happens! So we’re up to 18 months! Now it has become so spiritual, and taken on a life of its own that I’m afraid to fuck with it! I can hear it at night rustling around in there trying to get out! 😂😂😂 squeaking out something about killing me if it ever does!😲

You clearly drank too many Canadian beers......its best to throw that hash ball into a semi-spiritual fire and huff away 🤣

Internet been down all day! Haven’t been able to fuck with anybody!😭😭 other than the fantasy part I was just kind of pointing out how shelfstable the stuff is for a long period of time! Of course I’ve had some hash mold up in the refrigerator also! I think you have to watch the water content! It was low-grade stuff that had to be manipulated with some water and heat to get it to stick together good!

wondered about mold in the long run. Might have to do like Bear and stick to iso, don't see mold coming up in that or everclear LOL

My first batch of leaf rosin is almost a year old in fridge and still looks good and yesterday smoked good no fridge smell or anything.i keep one in a sealed glass jar and other in a silicon mold both look the same.even the one in silicone has a tiny leaf stuck in it.didnt mold still

Chemdog #4 x Okie- 9 weeks flipped. It’s human nature really to want the best out of what we do, cannabis growing is no exception. Well, I royally F’ed this grow up.

It’s summer and I wanted to keep the co2 running so I thought, drop the oldest plant down to a 600 hid. That works but I dropped this plant to early. There’s some good bud but it’s all going into coconut oil.

Cut your losses and move on……

Hmmm.

Found this on the last stem going into the dryer. I saw what looked like more and a few what looks like dried up pollen sacks, opened mind ya. I’m not sure they are in there but with the luck I’m having today…..

That’s fucked up! But look at the bright side! According to this forum, you can now refer to yourself as a, breeder!✌️ maybe you will luck out!

Curiosity killed the cat. No idea where that old saying came from but I’ve heard it my whole life. So I’m wondering about that little seed I ran across yesterday, opened up the drier and saw this. Don’t guess I have to wonder anymore.

Chemdog #4 has been an awesome run, time to retire the ole gal

Curiosity again….how many Chemdog #4 crops were there?. Had to read this grow log back to 11–4-23 for the first harvest.
6 times she’s made it to the winner’s circle for a total of 7.64 lbs. she’s earned her retirement papers

Those are aome nice numbers and solid looking plant!!! Whats in the chamber now??
Plum Crazy/okie up next, apples & banana/okie after her. Pure Michigan then back to apples & bananas. And possibly k&m ‘86 if she’s a she. Those are rooted plants in sequence, after that it’s a guess
