Way too much invested in a flowering plant. Here anyways, hydro will make a plant but it’s not like I can stick her in the corner. I’m forced to plan way out in the future. I’m at 2 months on these strains now, to get one into flower will be 2 more months then she drops balls half way through flower. That’s half a year

So when in doubt toss em out

When Maui was in flower to sex she was in my aptly named sec box. It was designed as a RDWC system but I was curious how it would do F/D without a medium.
The new root growth is white, the brownish roots came from veg. So I’d have to say yes it will work. So you ask why? It’s all about the oxygen

Yes. Glad you stopped by C, I took that temperature shot for you actually. It’s hard to understand from a human perspective but plants like their water cool

When you move into soilless growing, even a aero Cloner you’ve got to start thinking about micro environments. Or 2 zones; root and plant. Absolutely the roots want closer to 70, trick is the plants want it closer to 80. It’s our job to get that accomplished

Thanks Jadin, I moved it into the bedroom that's usually near 72. Right now it's 74, but tomorrow night temps are supposed to drop outside and the room will be closer to 70. I added Southern Ag to the water yesterday and I've read to add it every 2-3 days. Got the small bottle but it should last for a couple weeks.

It becomes 2nd nature. The 2 controls above and below the clones. Air 78, water 70. Just set and forget!

So I talk with a representative from Seed Supreme. We agreed I’d give growing for them a shot. Nothing formal just free seeds to start.
My first requirement was stealth. No matter legal or not some things we just kee private. For me, not blessed by the state, yet.

It came plain envelope, first test passed. Germinate tomorrow

Cloner- 9 days cut for the majority. Culled 1 of some lines to make room for Maui.

Veg- got the boys out and freed up some space

Plum Crazy is up next for her final run

The Monster aka Pure Michigan- stretch has finally slowed as she hits 2 weeks flower

Apples and Bananas- 5 weeks flower

You know, I wonder if that might be one reason why 'in ground' plants grow so much better than potted. (for me anyways) Unless of course you have one of those huge pots. Cool and consistent temp.

They'll hold water and the little pump with suction cups will stick on the bottom. Sock holes in the top and voila. Not for you of course, your setup is elegant and doesn't use much electricity.

Some ideas that don’t cost much
- put your pump on a timer. 24/7 is not required
-set the Cloner on concrete or tile
-Increase water capacity. You can go so far as sitting the Cloner into a larger tote, elevated some, drill holes in Cloner bottom now the water capacity can handle the heat
Lots of cheap things you can do, we can talk about a chiller this fall
