Drooping plants wonder what it is

I have 3 plants...they all look like this one...about the same size, same color, same symptoms...I watered them yesterday until water came out the bottom and I soaked up the excess so they weren't sitting in it...I let them dry out two days before I lightly water again and they look like this even when drier..my 150w light is in veg mode at 70% about 22 inches from top of plants..Temps from 70 at night to 80 during day...humidity from 40 during day to 58 at night...I have a inline fan and filter, light fan, and an external 6 inch fan pushing air from outside to inside the tent...I haven't grown in 15 years so I guess I'm new again lol any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!!!

2 days to dry out is not enough,.. even sitting on a heating mat 2 days would be to soon,.
more like 5 days give or take..
Will do I'll let them dry out more then...oh and also does ph matter at this point there two and a half weeks old? My ph up and ph down and my humidifier is arriving today so I'll be able to monitor that alot better than lol...and also when I adjust the ph what's the best way to test my soil ph and do I adjust it in small increments say .5 at a time or is it OK to adjust the water to 6.5 and water them when I do

Everyone will argue about ph. Me as an organic soil grower I don’t even check my ph. I use spring water or rain water and I never adjust even after adding amendments. The soil will buffer. Plants never had a ph problem.

I've been using spring water as I don't drink our tap water so I don't expect my plants to lol

Yeah same my tap water has shit I don’t want to smoke in it lol. I used to use distilled water but ran into deficiencies. That spring water has minerals and shit in it that is most comparable to rain water imo

drowned bottom. too low humidity for seedling around- 40% is for end of flower not seedling stage.
Looks oversaturated therefore bit hungry and puffy

Yes yes exactly I used it when I used to grow back in the day...I also got my ph solution in the mail just now so experimenting with that on some sink water with added nutes..just to know what I'm doing when I water these with plain spring water this weekend... hopefully they need water by then...nah hopefully they look better by then yeah that's what I'm shooting for lol

I have a humidifier coming in a few days.. the night time humidity is around 57 to 58

would raise it for seedling in this stage to proper one and introduce wet/dry cycles too 😉
hope they will come around
I got it to go to 46 lol with a water container in the bottom of my grow tent...and thanks that site was helpful!! Still reading it..

You might want to do a PPM/EC check on the springwater. Depending on the parent rock it flows through it can be hard, soft, or in-between. Not as much of an issue in an organic grow, but it's nice to have a baseline. I have horrible well water, that, until they drilled a new well, could sometimes have as much as 1700 PPM's of dissolved solids and was always well over 500 PPM's (mostly Ca, Mg, Mn, and B, with a bit of Na thrown in). I wouldn't sweat the tap water with Chlorine or Chloramines, the effect on soil microbes is very short lived.

I have a digital ppm/ec meter and a digital ph meter...it was at like 151 ppm

Wet/dry cycles???
yuup. in this stage I already dry them up. you water 1/4th 1/5th volume of medium slowly and then you wait until its dry as dry medium would be in pot itself. I do it by feeling, you learn by weighing them if you have trouble by feeling. and you water when it's dry, not kinda or maybe. Makes a difference in cannabis 😉 oxygen is very important here. builds the root ball

check ph of run off after watering first to establish if there's problem there. anything below 6 and over 7 is bad ish- unless you're in hydro 🤘 and by elimination you will get there

I should add- in soil
you're in soil right?
