Man the Farm went down last night as I was trying to respond here. Sorry Shamus.
That kind of wilt looks to me like transplant shock, pythium, root damage (from rough handling or a bumpy car ride), or possibly like the plant is directly in front of a hot/cold air vent. Any of these things possible here?
Just the top seems wilted; the lower growth looks pretty good. Usually a partial wilt is an indication of root problems.
Man, I hope this helps; maybe something here will give you an idea and you can figure out this issue.
