First time grower here. Checked on them yesterday and this one was looking very sad all of a sudden. It’s in Kellogg’s Organic potting mix with a bit of dr earth veg blend. They’re under 2 17w basic shop CFLs until the tent is ready to go. Any ideas on how to heal her?

How often have you been watering them? Seedlings/young plants don't need as much water as a lot of new growers assume, should make sure that the soil dries out completely before re-watering, and even then a day or so with dry soil isn't a terrible thing as the roots need some time to get some oxygen. How far away are the CFLs from the plants? With CFLs, you tend to want them pretty close compared to most lights. Have you been feeding them any other nutrients/additives with watering? What's the temperature like where they are during the day/night? Don't mean to alarm you, new grower myself, but this information will help others help you a bit better. Best of luck with your grow, hope they bounce back soon

I water about 1-2 times a week. Usually try to feel the soil about 1in down to feel that it’s dry. CFLs are roughly 21in above the plants. Nights are low 70’s- high 60’s. Days can get hot, like 80s-90s. Humidity can spike to the 70’s at night and it does dry out in the day, sometimes into lower 40s. It was just soil up until about a week ago and I gave them a sprinkle( and I mean a sprinkle) of dr earth granular veg blend to see if it would boost growth some as they are in 4th week of seedling stage and still fairly small.

Feed them nothing. Water once and leave for a weekish or longer. The cup will be scary light when it's time to water them again. If you have to think maybe they need water they don't.

Ok cool thanks. That’s kinda the route I was thinking of going. This is the only one out of 4 that’s struggling this bad. I’m just gonna let them all go. It will be transplant time soon, do you all suggest going with a better soil than what I have? Happy Frog has been suggested to me.

They will appreciate warm temps like 77-83f humidity 65-70 for the first week or 2.

I suggest any soil mixed with perlite. I'm trying not to comment on organic or preferted soil.

A 70/30 mix is pretty well proven.

I would suggest a slurry test prior to using the soil to ensure you don't have a bad bag or something. Just google how to slurry test online.

it looks fried... aqua? and the shock of whatever caused it... i believe, stalled it. even if it was dead, it would essentially look like that, for some time, would it not, fellas? I'm thinking... if it's important to u, to have a specific amount.. u could pop a new seed and surpass that one, whatever its destiny... if that is one month.
i find various techniques TO STALL so it's not unfamiliar, nor necessarily undesirable territory, but as far as expedience... u could probably lap that one, before it even recovers; if... it recovers.
judges?
just depends on YOUR goals...

you'll get the phonebook, far as answers to subjective questions like: which soil... which medium... and once YOU choose... aquaman and the rest, can help u to finesse what u do end up with, as opposed to 10 people, suggesting 10 diff mediums that all contain their own, time learned secrets to the growers personal preferences n habits
and then he/we can b of more use going oh... u went with promix... aerate with xxx item... that'll b of more use to u than saying: roots, dr brix... dwc... etc. and these same folks will still b loitering, like only potheads do... with the right answers to the right questions.
stick around. start a journal. share your budporn. you're doin great, so far so don't b discouraged. apparently you're amongst friends and in a good place, to grow... POT. let's see some more of those pics! my seedlings require bporn inspiration. the lil bastards have gone on strike, on me, too!
