Hi guys do you reckon my plant is too damaged to recover? Gave it some fresh soil and this is it after 4 days

She will recover the tops are not completely wilted. Let her dry out, it’s too wet, new roots will Expand looking for water when dry and she will bounce back

Did you add anything for aeration to the roots? Perlite? Roots need oxygen amongst other things to thrive.

Always use potting soil with perlite or the sort. Never garden soil, as it’s meant to go in ground

not going to lie I am new and I used any soil I could find in the shops I think it was an organic one. It said on the packaging how many pots it can fill so I thought it would be alright. Not sure whether i have damaged the plant now or not

It will come good just give it time to recover .

Ok thanks, just thought I would ask as I found soil with more aeration in it and was tempted to get it
