Drug screen QUESTION / arguement actually- who knows ?

Two different friends that do drug screens with their doctors regularly . The arguement is they both believe the screens identify ''dispensary thc '' VS alllllllll other non dispensary thc ? My opinion is weed is weed that that's baloney ! IMO no way their ''screen '' can distinguish the difference . To prove her point one of these 2 showed me a copy of their screen results ....... It showed categories for thc positive and ''med consistent thc '' Z(among a ton of other drugs included ) . What's the truth or can somebody EXPAND on this ........... Seems like a dumb question but they both believe these tests distinguish what they are smoking ! Whether it was ''legal'' or not .......... to her that means DISPENSARY products . soooooooo she proved her arguement in her mind ?????????
