in my city i get in a dry ice vendor, not many around these days tho, you have to make a search in your area.
1kg of dry ice can process easily 100g of kief, i like to use 90microns full mesh. ( that's a lot of trim to yield 100g kief)

Depends, sometimes with dry herb, sometimes with tobacco, other times vaporizer or a glass one hitter pipe.

You use the trim to make it? The trimmed leaves? I have never made it before it only got to smoke at one time my entire life and I have to say I really liked it. I only grow two plants at a time well I have two on rotation two flowering too small ones with the trim from four those plants even be enough to do it

yep i only process quality trim/shake.
They taste just like the plants smell, really damn strong terps on those.
The only hash that beats this is bubblehash any other style i like my dry ice hash better lol.
You make 100g in 30-45min max, doing small trim batches per time.
Its very fast to do it, and A+ quality hash.

how many grams of trim do you need to do it? to make lets say 5 grams of hash

not much, i would say ~50g-75g of quality trim, a very rough guess, i never weighted my trims tho..
but every cultivar will result in very different yields of hash and will also have different quality of hash.

wow that's more than i thought. i'll have to save it up from my grows for a while. i can only do for plants in rotation and all my seeds are auto so they don't get that big, but i am going to do this. it's something i talked about with my brother before we even started to grow. it's something i always wanted to do.

the big chunk with the oil and smaller chunks
that was all from an outdoor wild thailand plant that barely made it to the finish because of mildew and mold and it was bad, but i got it to the finish, peroxide washed it, drip dry few hours in the shade, wet trimmed it all right down, used couple screen doors to air dry in sunroom, 5 days later into the bucket for curing.. didn’t want any of it in my house…
4 months later, dry sifted some of it for the hash, that big chunk if i remember correctly is the 75 micron and what was underneath on the table and the other chunks in same picture are just the 75 micron..
all hash was worked by hand, which i literally don’t have the strength to do it like that anymore, but still do with smaller pieces, i mostly just use a pollen press now..
i’ll be back on track soon and will be making lots of hashish and hash oil with different methods again, just been a wacky year or so..
i’m sure the outdoor thailand and making the hash etc is on my thread somewhere, or one of my other threads..
