Drying Out

So I'm having an issue with 2 bruce banners I'm growing. They seem to be thinning out. They also have the tips of old and new growth drying out. They are the only 2 out of 6 plants that this is happening to. The only difference is these are the 2 that I tried the tie down method on. They are all in fox farm soil, ocean. The only nutes I'm giving them is blue planet grow. Any help on what might be going on is appreciated.

Plants that small really don't need food yet, there is still plenty that comes with the soil. I would look into Bugs and keepbyouk pH in check anytime you water.

I have noticed bugs. I'm trying to keep them under control. I'll slow down on th nutes also. Thanks man. It was just weird that the same strain and the only 2 I tied down were acting funny.

I'm not sure what they are. Any idea what they are and how to get rid of them? Right now I'm just using neem oil.
