Drying room problems, temperatures dropped to 4 degrees

Lost power in my dry room over the weekend , went away and my plugs tripped out so they’ve been in 4-5 degrees Celsius now for the last few days , smells like hay/grass now . Will they come back if I continue the dry back at the correct temps and then cure in jars?

Stalks not snapping yet so they still not ready

They might come back just fine. It's hard to say.

The drop in temp will be fine. The issue would be if air circulation stopped too. You can successfully dry at very low temps so long as humidity and air flow are in check.
