Just got a new wine cooler recently humidity got upto 80-90%
I added a small fan and it dropped to 65-70%
Temperature is steady 60F
Can i dry in these conditions?

The best humidity is about 60%, so my guess is it wouldn't work well. It might get you close enough to move the buds to Grove bags, though. They work well. I use them for curing after drying.

Easily doable. Just make sure there are no dead zones in the space and there is adequate air exchange.
