looks like cal mag but you say you are adding it and ppms are stable that would mean you are giving enough food. is this nutrient made for hydroponics? normal nutes cant give the micro nutrients to the plant when doing hydro.

narrowed it down to phospurus and calcium deficiency and also temperature. I added chiller and dosed calcium and phosphorus and it's looking alot better and growth has started rapidly.
