Dwc Vanilla Kush & Pineapple Chunk

Hey guys n gals Thanx for stopping by for a look at my ladies.
I have basically just joined this site so I can't do a "from start to finish" journal which I wudov liked but non the less the last few weeks of bloom will be just as good with all the bud porn I'm about to post lol...

Meet my ladies ,,, Barney's farm's Vanilla Kush sativa phenotype not the indica that they state on there website... smells like a sweet shop ,
Very tall "6ft" , stretchy and taking longer than there suggested flowering time. I'm at week 10 of bloom from the 1st day I flipped to 12n12.

Barney's farm's Pineapple chunk is the indica phenotype which I'm happy with , it's almost finished flowering with maybe just a couple weeks more to go. Her pistols are changing color , more n more each day and she is also 10wks on 12n12.

Both these strains didn't show any signs of flowering until 2.5wks into bloom , both were 12-14 inches tall when flowering commenced and now the vanilla is 6ft tall and the pineapple is 3.5ft tall.
Wasn't happy at the unplanned sativa phenotype but she looks absolutely stunning , all covered in trics which are still mostly cloudy/clear so I guess I still got a few weeks yet before she's finished.

Pineapple chunk will definitely be finishing first , this one I have smells really sweet and does actually have the pineapple scent when you rub a few tricomes off a sugar leaf.
This plant didn't stretch too much unlike some of the reviews I read on the strain, kinda surprised me how I got the different phenotype I expected from both strains lol. Just goes to show ya that we can't always trust what the website says.

Anyway I grow in 25litre Dwc buckets with advanced nutrients sensi grow/bloom alongside cannazym and white shark powder..

Some Macro's of the vanilla Kush ,, can see some Amber so reducing feed for the next few days (Ec 0.8) then will flush for the about 5days or so.

Vanilla Kush is now 10.5weeks since 12n12 commenced and 9.5wks since starting bloom Nutes. Gave her an extra week on grow after I flipped the timers. She's Frosting up really well , smell is getting really dank also and I'm so glad I'm running 2 filters in that room coz its seriously strong smelling. As you can see the leaves are yellowing now due to being flushed. I have slowly being dropping the Ec in the buckets over the last week and a bit and now I'm using " ph'd " filtered tap water (Ec 0.53 after filter) (Ec 0.65 before filtered). until tomorrow when I can buy reverse osmosis water and I will continue to flush for another 2-4days then it's get the scissors out time again.

Pineapple Chunk , same times as above but I think this plant could have done with an extra week before starting to flush , she looked to be finishing but all of a sudden she has started to sprout new bud growth everywhere ,, she's still got alot of color in her even though I've been flushing for a few days so I will probably take her down a few days after the Kush is harvested if everything goes well...
