Ebb and flow 5" gro blocks advise pls flood times

I have 40 plants in a 4x6. Did a round with clay and had moisture problems because of so many floods and uncovered. How often do you need to flood with rock wool cubes. The cubes sit 2" above flood line. Will water soak to top with ease? Any advice is appreciated

Are the cubes on a bed of pearlite or hydroton? If they are you could have watered them by hand until the roots dig into the bed but covered up like that will make it tricky. What’s keeping them 2” above the flood line?

RW cubes and ebb n flow is so hard to manage, cubes need to dry between the flow... Drip system or manual is really the way to go.

Update...... 1 week from harvest and it went really good. Flooded once a day for 5 min for entire grow.
