I have a 6000w setup and it shorted, I need to get a subpanel installed, does anyone know an electrician that would come out to San Bernardino? Thanks.

It's common work these days. If you are medical, just call a well respected company that has been in the general business for a long time. Ask them over the phone if that would be an issue or not. I've done it several times on several larger builds than yours. No issues to date. You can also call your garden shop and ask for a trusted referral.
