Supersoil ready in the 5 gallon pots and 3 out of 4 seeds (First Lady) germinated so far, I soaked them yesterday in water and hydrogen peroxide for a few hours and then passed them to paper towels and its the fastest germination that I can remember that I had, lets hope the one that didnt germinate yet does, but I have more in case it doesnt.

I decided to upgrade my inside the pot drainage system, now its not only arlite but also perlite, uncharged biochar to catch the nutes and small pieces of pine tree bark. Since I bought it for the soil (the pine tree bark) might aswell use it there, it has antibacterial properties and the good microorganisnms of the rizhosphere love it so why not.
I will post full info of the soil and etc again when theyre planted.

The humidity in the tent where Im curing (the 3x3) went too low and I want to cure them for longer, it was below 50% but I touched some buds and they were not that dry. Still, Im using a pot of boiling water daily, gets the humidity to 55/60% for a while. Anything to not have to put them in jars 😂 theyve been there for a month, they can stay there for a bit longer.

Putting buds in jars they stay good for a long time. Most of the weed that's had over a year in jars people love. Sort of like wine which can be better with time under the right conditions.

Ive been growing for 13+ years, I usually cure them in jars with boveda packs and Im gonna get some groove bags soon, I just dont feel like doing the work since they took forever to dry in there so Im curing them there aswell. In the end, they will end in jars anyway, but I wont have to monitor humidity or burp because they will be already cured. Thanks for your tips though!

Hey I got a drying question.
I got sent bovera packs 62% but these on the box and pack say ONE POUND . 12 per box.
So for me lifetime Bovera packs. I grow 2 lbs at one time I will be shocked.

So other than a bigger part of the 1 quart jar can I use these for smaller amounts of pot?

Yes you can, but I would advice to check humidity aswell to make sure its doing its job because youre not using it according to the indications (because you cant but what I mean is thats the only way to know). They release or trap humidity, but if the humidity is high they wont catch it all.
I reuse mine, when the silica gel inside hardens I put them inside a zip lock bag with water, after a few hours I drain the excess and good as new once it dries. You can keep repeating until the outside paper falls apart.

If youre using a 8gram packs for 2 liter jars or less of weed there should be no problem and no need to monitor though, unless its wet of course in which case it shouldnt go to jars so I assume its not.

I still hang dry for 2 weeks or so with Grove bags, not put bud in there wet.
Yes, what happened to mine is that they were not drying at week 3 and 4 so I decided to finish the process inside the tent. I treat it as if it was a big jar. I burp it with the intraction fan once per day.

I dry in a tent at 62% and 63 degrees. I can hold them there for weeks if I want.
I do use cube hygrometers for everything under the sun. May actually border on ocd ... .......

Isolation plus epsom salt dried in the oven and put in a jar or cup as a humidity sink.

Hahaha its good to monitor, you never know when some parameter might get out of hand. If I were not using a thermoygrometer I wouldnt know they need a tiny bit more humidity.

I choped them and hanged them whole, it was my idea that they were gonna take long to dry I just didnt expect 1 month but this winter is unusually wet in here. Just now we are returning to the dry cold. (which explains why I need to humidify my tent daily now)

Im gonna need some cleaning vinegar for the next round, the salt accumulation I mentioned in the video on the pots its only gonna get worse unless I use more than just hot water to clean the pots. Also when theyre wet they seem clean but then when they dry you can see the salts again, kind of a pain in the ass hahaha

Alright time to stop being lazy and put some of those buds in jars, a couple of plants are more dry than the others but I might do them all today, gotta check the internal bud humidity first. I know what Im gonna be listening to while I do so though, an album from these fellas.

Plants that take a long time to pop are often stunted. I had one that wasn't an inch tall after 2 weeks but it had it's first set of true leaves. A mini-plant.
Im fearing that not gonna lie, but the tap root is very long, maybe it was just the seed being hard. 2 days ago I squished the laterals with my fingers, maybe that did it. In any case, its a small pot that I can remove whenever I want if I dont see its worth keeping.
