I have 2 75W LED bulbs for the girls if they get too close to the light. Those bulbs are not gonna burn them but it will greatly diminish my yield so pray for me that they dont grow much more hahaha.

I tend to chose letting a couple tops light burn to preserve the end quality of the canopy as a whole.

We will be facing the same issue this run lmao. You worse then I thought looks like. I'm a couple weeks into 12-12 already. I may just manage.

I took my pole fan out and now I'm just cracking the tent and running an oscillating pole fan in the room on high and leaving the room blacked out lmao. Afraid I'll forget to keep adjusting it. This was the lazier more effective option for me

Will prob be doing that myself with one of the panels within the week. You can also get very effective 100 actual watts dimmable full spectrum panels on eBay for like $30-40usd now too. Would give you better options to avoid burning if canopy gets too close.

I love the smell of weed, my front door stays open and i got a nice screen door i smell it on my porch when my tent's in flower. Heck my backyard is smelling like blueberry now. All we need is a little skunk to walk by and blame it on them.

Yes I thought about it and will do it if necessary before swaping to the LED bulbs. They dont have many more days to grow but since it was too hot I had to dimm the lights a little bit and in 2 days they skyrocketed. Now the heat is gone theyre back to 100%. Mind that Im using 130W LEDs in there so I might get away with it too, hopefully. Ill pray for both of us

To be fair all weed has a skunky scent. My runtz usually are overpwerly sweet in scent and flavor but from time to time I get to smell the very skunky scent. Its funny because the chemical causing that scent is used in combination with others in real skunk spray.

Girls in the small indoors still suffering a bit with high heat. Thanks for the suggestion of attaching the lights directly to the bars, it ocurred to me not long after thinking about it but if it didnt you would have saved my ass big time, the 75W LED Bulbs suck so I dont wanna have to use them. Today I will do the defoliation. Its been more than a year since Ive grown fat banana from @RoyalQueenSeeds and it was about time. I know it can be delicate sometimes so hopefully they will be able to handle the big defoliation Im gonna remove everything below the net (see picture above to see what will remain). Will post the results today.

Just got an Apple fritter goin! I have Royal Gorilla, Trop cookie purple, and Triple G runnin one at a time to see which I like best while I’m in my other runs then eventually I’ll fill a tent with em

Neither do I, but in your case is much worse my neighboors already make comments when they pass in front of my house about the smell during flower, youre probably scenting the whole neighborhood

No doubt, in late flower or dry even I can smell my tents as soon as I step in my front door, and that’s with a 6” carbon filter on it. Up until week 6 the house is odorless but those last 2 weeks and through dry I make sure we have a bunch of glade plugins all over the house until I can smell cinnamon apple from the road I’m legal and under my limit but I try to keep it on the DL besides my 2 immediate neighbors, all 3 of us have plants outside one is over the limit I watch the sheriffs helo circle his house every 2 days, they do it every year and never come in, but he was busted in 2018 with over 100 plants before our 6 / 6 limit was even legal

Sheriff literally said he was sad to do it he watched him grow for over 10 years in the same place and had no problem with it never bothered with it never caused any problems, had a super loud crop that year and a neighbor called, it was the good ol boys in the 3 letter coats that showed up

He’s got some cuts of my cali blues goin over there atm

Apple and cinamon? I have to try Apple Fritter hahaha. I used to use a carbon filter but had to change it every year and theyre not cheap so Im trying to save for a refillable one now. Id rather buy the carbon myself ends up being cheaper, I cant afford to change filters every year.
Police likes to let you know theyre watching sometimes hahaha its probably a "dont go too far" call of attention.
Holly molly 100 plants? How many years in prison if you know? He didnt know that police use helicopters every so often to see those? Or did he have a greenhouse?

Led in no way has anywhere near the same detectable heat signature as hps.

That kinda changed the game, and I was able to stop walling my grow areas with 3/4 inch
Foam board.

I actually have my last 2 carbon filters saved. Im hoping that with time the smells will dissipate and I will be able to use them again. An air blower would be fantastic but I lack one. I can shake them from time to time, I didnt think about that.

If you’re running a single LED light (even a 1kw) I wouldn’t worry at all really maybe a 1k HPS / MH but I’d really only worry if it was in my attic and melting snow off a spesific part of my roof, otherwise with the heat concentrated in one small area they could confuse it with a space heater, furnace location, anything so it’s harder to pinpoint it to a grow, I did think about it and it was one of the reasons I was running 2 tents at about the same power on alternating schedules, they can’t go by oh they are running a timer on a light cliff you’re constantly pulling the same power 24/7

but eventually I realized, I’m runnin 800w and my tent is only 80f and surrounding area is 76-78, there not pinpointing that. Bump that up to 2-3k watts of pwer and start running dehus and ac’s things start lookin funky to electric providers (if you’re in an illegal state)

What I always figured was if I ever up to say 2-3 1000w lights I’m installing just enough solar panels to run the grow and keep it off grid,

I mean it’s a small plant but open that tent and she reeks, that filter is about 2 years old, and it’s in my bedroom, you’d never know it’s there if I put it behind the chair, even running at full speed you can’t hear it over my regular oscillating fan in the room
