Summer grows for me are not the best so Im looking forward to the next one in the big tent which is coming soon. This summer grow went better than many others but I still cant do much about high temps, too broke to get an AC hahaha.

Today I prepare the pots for the new run in the big indoors! Exciting day for me. If you wanna know whats gonna be in the soil I already made a video, skyp the first one if you already saw it.

Also if youre wondering about why my pinky finger nail looks so nasty is because I squashed it against a door to prove who was the boss so its dried blood that doesnt go away with just soap, I think its under my nail specially on the sides.

Hi there! Ive been posting each of my grows in a different post and I decided since Im gonna do it consistently to just make 1 post like many people do and put them all in one post. A "quick" recap of the soil, ammendments and liquids I use:
Soil: Canna terra professional, composition;
Peat and perlite; NPK 12-14-24; EC 1.0; PH 6.
Toped with biobizz coco + perlite.
Drainage method: Arlite on the bottom.
Additives mixed with the soil: Extra perlite, coco coir, vermiculite, arlite, alfalfa meal, kelp meal, neem meal, dolomite lime, phosphoric rock dust, volcanic ash, worm castings, bat guano, biochar.
BASE NPK: Going back to Iguana Juice as base NPK after trying a few other organic brands. Will use Iguana Grow for veg and then Iguana Bloom for the first 3 weeks of flower. After that I will mix 50% Iguana bloom 50% Alghemp F from Trabe to reduce nitrogen intake.
Other liquid additives: Radical roots by Trabe (from week 1 of veg to week 3 of flower), Radical flower by Trabe (flower), Top Barrier by Top Crop (Potassium silicate, veg and extra during flower), Big Bud by AN (week 1 to 3 of flower), Bud Candy by AN (flower), eggshell + vinegar calcium mixed in the water with epsom salts (resulting in CAL-MAG-SULFUR, veg and extra during flower), CALMAG by Ionic (I try to avoid it and use my mix for calcium since calmags tend to come with nitrogen and this one is no exception, but I will use it if I see they want more nitrogen instead of my mix)
Top dressing: Will probably only use bat guano and palm tree ash as pk booster after 3rd week of flower. Might use any of my other ammendments too if I see it fit but I like to push with liquids in flower and only a light top dress.
Suggar sources for microorganisms: molasses and sweet beetroot juice.
Suggar source for fattening buds: Bud Candy from Advanced Nutrients.

x4 Melonade Runtz (Dutch Passion) in 7Gal pots and x1 Wedding Cake (Random seed) in 3Gal pot.
x2 150W Cosmos LEDs (Full spectrum with IR and UV). 100x100x200cm cultibox light tent.
Day 29 of 12/12 (In my original post I got it wrong, I thought they were at day 35+ and I was a bit dissapointed but turns out Im a moron and I cant do basic math ). Happy with the frostiness, waiting to see how they fatten.

And here is my new tent. 80x80x160cm Hydro Shoot tent.x3 Fat Banana (Royal Queen Seeds) 5Gal pots, x1 Forbidden Fruitcake (Advanced Seeds) 5Gal pot.
2x Niello 1200 130W LED (Full Spectrum with IR and UV). They have fans so the 130W are not exclusively the LEDs unfortunately, but will be good enough for now, Ive had them for a year and I cant complain at all, got some impressive buds a couple of grows ago with Crystal Candy from Sweet Seeds using these.

Im smoking a really good nug from the hermy that is already cured cause I had to chop it before the rest, was maturing faster. Hear that lovely crack, these buds are dense as they can be! Im so happy that it turned out so good in summer, its been years since I had a good summer grow. I dont mean decent I mean good.

Also as you can see no seeds, the only 2 sack pollens that I didnt catch in time didnt do much.

Hey man! Thank you! Doing great, waiting for the small indoors to finish and Ill be done with the summer grows this year which as you can tell I hate because I cant control the temperature haha. Still pretty happy with the results this summer so far. How is our new mod doing?

Big indoors new run coming soon, in the meantime update of the small indoors. Day 1 of week 4, out of the 4 plants (3 Fat Banana 1 Forbidden Fruitcake) 1 Fat Banana didnt like the diet I gave them so they wouldnt grow much more and its giving smaller buds (its also the plant which I removed less branches from). Feeding every watering at full dose and the big fat banana with the most but smaller buds is still sucking nutes from lower leaves, Im glad I left some leaves for a future defoliation otherwise it would be the upper leaves turning yellow.

It sucks 1 seed didn't make it, but you got another one in quickly so they shouldn't differ in size.

Very true, but it was kinda my fault for giving them hormones then having them to put them in a strict diet. I should have kept the hormones just for flower considering that tent is only 1,60m high or around 0,5 feet. Then I could have just feed her more. I dont find it a problem when I get a hungry one except for this time because I fucked up hahaha but its the ones that dont take nutes well that break my balls
Also Im working with bulk seeds right now in the big indoors so I had back up seeds germinating hahaha. I know how that goes.

Im not a fan of bulk seeds at all but they keep giving me free seeds in my grow of choice and their "brand" for being bulk seeds is pretty good so Im not gonna let them go to waste. Their bubble gum costs 1,80 and it really tastes like bubble gum, potent aswell. Tried several from them and been always happy with the result, the only problem is that sometimes you get not very mature seeds that dont make it. At 1,80 euros per seed you cant ask for a rigorous selection of the best seeds hahaha and all of these I have here were given to me for free.

Damn dude! I say run them all with none to waste . I am not so fortunate in Aus, very illegal here and there are no reputable seedbanks. All the good banks get targeted by the feds because seeds in the mail cross state borders which makes it federal crime, makes it easy for the feds to target and locate them. I had to buy my seeds off a very well known Aus seed bank that operates on social media, and thank God I got lots of freebies because they were expensive as shit.

So, I'm with on that one! If you got the seeds and you know they are good? I say run them. Besides, not running free seeds is just a waste, and it sounds like they are the strains you like anyway so not running them would be silly.

Yes usually when you buy expensive seeds you get some freebies, and good freebies not bulk seeds like the ones I have! But yeah this grow has decent seeds honestly, you just need to go with your germination expectations not too high or just discard the slightly green ones. I cant discard them, sometimes they pop out even if theyre not fully mature and throwing away a seed is not my style hahaha unless theyre from hermies... then I dont wanna risk it. As far as the strains, I think thats why they got it somewhat right, just the classic strains nothing too crossed, easier to mantain decent and more consistent genetics.

Sorry for the dissapearance, Ive been bussy lately and Im still gonna be for a few days. The fat bananas have been harvested, so that was the last grow that got a bit fucked by the heat but nothing serious, they look fine. Will post pictures of the nugs and the new runs in the near future, I already have the big indoors running again, plants are still not very big. Soon I will have the small one with a new run too.

Looking good man, a great start! Its awesome to see that the 1 Zkittlez isn't behind the others despite being planted a bit later, she looks the same age as the others, you got her in pretty quick I remember. Well, besides that big one in the top left lol, that one is pretty big and looks a bit older! lol

Yes, genetics hahaha theyre bulk seeds. All 3 runtz were germinated and then planted at the same time, same lenght of tap root before planting too and theyre all the same age. The zkittlez however, I had 1 runtz fail, then I put an amnesia, it failed too and I didnt have any more back up seeds germinating so the Zkittlez is actually a bit late but its okay. Today I gave them hormones, a little less to the tall one but when I put the net it wont matter if 1 is slightly taller, they will all mostly be at the same height after Im done passing branches the first 3 weeks of flower
So yeah today they got their first feeding, hormones and also introduced the microorganisms: arhtrobacter, bacillus, paenbacillus, glomus, pseudomonas, rhizopogon and trichoderma (a few species from each). I only need to add lactobacillus now which is getting ready in my kitchen.

Hello there! I wonder if anyony is still watching this thread since I have not posted for a couple of months. I will be posting today an update on the bulk seed grow and the small grow. Just waiting for the lights to go on, wondering if anyone is still here

Wow Im lazy, I didnt even take a video for the forum but I took one for a friend. Bulk seed grow:
The first plant Im showing is the zkittlez, that one is gonna be choped very soon, some time this week. The other 3 that only have white pistils are the runtz, looks like its gonna be at least 2-3 more weeks for those. Not happy with the performance of the seeds but I was kinda expecting it, didnt have good seeds at the time. I didnt get to cover all of the net. That said, they look good, its just the yields, in terms of trichomes and size the buds are fine.

And then for the other indoors, the 3 big pots are 2 dos-si-dos 33 from barney's farms and 1 fruity jack from philosopher seeds. The other 3 in small pots I indicate in the picture. NL is northern lights. Got a retarded NL auto and a mutant Dos-si-dos in the small pots. I think the retarded NL is my fault, temperatures with the light off are a bit rough for a seedling but the other one that is the same age didnt get stuck. Also the big ones were a bit thirsty, just watered them thats why theyre slightly droopy. Toped them a few days ago theyre drinking like crazy now.
