Evening your canopy

Hey all i have read bout SOG and read about putting the mesh net above the plants and train them through the space.. How does it make your canopy even out? wouldn't the net just help them get taller? How do you guys use the canopy?

The trellis is what guides the plants upward. Also helps with support. When growing the same strain with no topping they all should produce an even canopy of top or colas when done. When growing different strain in a SOG setup thats where you run into proplems. I was kinda confused on exactly what you were trying to ask. Good luck man!
