I currently grow in a 90sf room. I have (2) 4'x4' grow trays and (2) 1000w lights, using 6" rockwool cubes. Now I will be building a 150sf room. Going to use (4) 1000w lights and (2) 4' x 8' trays. Planning on staying with the rockwool since they are very forgiving and inexpensive. My biggest question is whether to use a intake & exhaust system or go with the sealed room? Could anyone suggest a better set-up to provide the biggest yield for the space I have available??

Comes down to budget. If you can go sealed, then go for it.

And if you have even bigger budget, ditch your horizontal garden and go vertical. Go UC or MPB.

Noone88... Do you know what size (BTU's) AC unit will be required for a 150sf sealed room. Leaning towards using a wall mount unit. Going to have (4) 1000w lights with hoods and ballasts, Co2 burner,

You are gonna need at least a 18000 btu unit, also called 1-1/2 ton.
