Expected Heat Difference Between 800 Mixed Spectrum to 1000 HPS

The title says it all moving a dual bulb mixed 400 watt (1 MH and 1 HPS) to another area replacing it with a single 1000 W HPS. So I got tired of running a single flower room, and ordered a complete setup for the other area.Just wondering what you guys think the heat difference may be.To me it seems the MH put off more heat (at least my head says so when I get to close :) )

My own experience and everything others say points towards more heat from MHs. Enough for me to notice, anyways.

Hey dude check out venture's natural white lamps. It even has the exact spectrum you want, just like the horti blue mh.

It will produce the most banging meds you ever have had. No joke.
And you can get them expressly for digi ballasts up to 400w.
And they have badass lifespans compared to horti blue mh.

Currently I veg under a t-8 5 bulb, Only use the HID for flowering,If I understand why I should try the other lights o_O
