No I totally agree I was just making a joke. I’ve seen the stuff about the tobacco industry and magnesium, I’m a believer I usually use 200ppm of epsom the last two feeds, that puts me at about 450ppm with my tap.Pretty much!
You can see a nice glowing cherry on the joints with this crop. Smokes a lot smoother this way too. After 6 months of curing it's like smoking a high grade tobacco with a way better flavor. But it has burned really well since it was first dry.View attachment 1303954
I really like that Epsom Salts tip at the end. Flushing to me has always meant back to back watering but now that I've seen that most of my plants take longer than 8 weeks to finish back to back watering leaves them depleted more than I'd like so I'm feeding longer and I've been influenced by the crowd here that flushing isn't necessary. The bottom line for me is, as a former cigarette smoker/weed grower, I always wished I could grow weed that had the same burning qualities as a quality cigarette tobacco. Slow burning but with good heat retention so it stays lit, complete combustion with fluffy light grey ashes even in tightly rolled joints, smooth smoke that isnt at all harsh on the throat or lungs. While at the same time maximizing plant health and productivity. Finishing with Magnesium after just tapering down the nutrients based on the runoff numbers achieved that for the first time.
What kinda electric grinder you have ? is it good? and IM THE EXACT SAME when it comes to joints. I'll smoke bowls unless I really needa relax then i'll grab a king sized out and roll up haha Love it Pipe absolutely love it.I really like that Epsom Salts tip at the end. I used to use scissors to chop my weed or pluck it apart by hand, old school I don't need no stinking grinder....well 50 years later I bought a grinder and I couldn't believe how finely ground it got after using it. I rolled one and smoked it and no running down one side and it smoke like a cigarette...
I strain my wrists now with the hand held so I upgraded to electric...
Flush or no flush with my smoke I think burning well is a result of the cut of the weed and how dry it is.
I also kinda like my joint going out on me when I'm not puffing on it, those are some good joints that I have to light 2-3 times beause I got lost in my high, reading typing or day dreaming lol.....Safety joints ........I swear I had a half hour joint the other day, one of my 4" long paper joints, it can last 5-10 min.....or.....30 min... if you soke it right, time just flew by and I still had a smoke in hand....lol
I bought one off Amzon for $35 same day it arrived I'd been at Value Village and found a brand new Magic Bullet for $6 so now I have 2 electric grinders one upstairs and one down here in my grow room....I really only needed the 1 but I couldn't resist the dealWhat kinda electric grinder you have ? is it good? and IM THE EXACT SAME when it comes to joints. Oh ya !! I get a days worth and I smoke a lot in about 3- 5 seconds, I like the Bullet better because the cap comes off with the ground bud in its container....the other I have to dump the stuff out, they both work great I have a mound in front of me I'm not getting through tonight..lol...... it'll keep I hear...lolDoes it grind it more then a hand weed grinder?
No minimum It'll do a small bit at a time, I started small with it at first. I smoke 10 - 12 J's a day and it'll grind up a days worth or a J's worth at a timeHow much weed do you have to put in the magic bullet? Can you do little at a time like a 8th
I just about cut the pad off my forefinger holding a bud a cutting it with scissors recently. I had a new pair a bit larger than I was used to and a slip in attention my scissor cut chopped my finger pad almost off. a dime sized hole where there used to be skin and meat....fking ouch and dam hard to roll a joint with a band-aid on....My hand grinder is hard to use on sticky buds so I'd been using scissors....I've upgraded and my finger has healed up fine.I agree Pipe Carver, I switched to a bud buster from scissors recently and it does make a big difference in the consistency for doobie rollin
That's a nice little unit, It looks pretty solid. I was afraid of the small hand helds I saw on amzon thinking too cheap but I could have gone with something like that as well but Wow do mine work well. I grabbed a pinch of ??? and dropped it in my grinder and wizz shes done, a days worth...well...days done around 5pm then night starts so a few hours worth might be a better description...I gotta take pics.My BIL gave me this MAMBA grinder for Christmas last year, nice grinder, small tho it only does about a joint at a time. The switch turns the grinder both ways so you can rock it back n forth for the tough buds...perfect for me...

If your hardcore like Pipecarver you need one hooked up to a chainsaw like they use on the lumberjack competitions

Totally agree. I hate when weed gets ground too fine lol. Harsher imoThe coffee/electrical grinders work good, but almost too good. IME I find they remove too much of the good stuff and I'm left with too fine of a powder at times. I have a Sharp Stone grinder that has lasted me 15+ years and does the trick.
The electricals work wonders for large batches or turning into powder for edibles though!
