Fan to ducting

I have a couple of inline can fans and have a heck of a time keeping ducting on the outlet flanges.

I've used duct tape, clamps with rubber inside them, and the spring clamps on the flexible ducting and it all seems to work it's way loose after a while. The fan is solidly mounted and the ducting is supported to the ceiling within a couple of feet. Any ideas?

You need Worm Gear Clamps like these:

Try not to have ANY duct tape in your grow room cause it holds moisture and spores.
