Fans on timer off at night

I was reading that turning fans off at night well help it I was just wondering if it's true and and how it helps

It doesn’t help and could even cause problems by doing so especially when in flower

You definitely don’t want humidity building up or no air flow during the dark hours as that will lead to fungi

I leave my fans on during dark.

You have a possibility in veg stage , to put timer on fan when the light off, 15min on and 15min off etc etc etc , i made like this but when.

flowering stage Come , the best IS non stop on.

Try and see if you want with timer when youre light off in flow stage
