I have a 4" fantech and works fine, but the 4" canfan I have works better.. I also have 1 6" canfan high output and that shit kicks ass & pretty quite for the monster it is. I'm cooling down 2k with no problem, hoods are cold to the touch.. So I would say go with canfan HO it runs around $170, the best fan I ever owned..

Good to know. I've been running Vortex 6" but I'm not to happy with the quality. Some were out of balance and vibrated right out of the box. Maybe I'll try the Canfan.

what about this "MAX-Fan" would not mind dropping the extra couple of bucks for energy conservation,and a somewhat cheaper bill. the fans kill me. they should invent intake outtakes that have solar panels on em so the run themselves off the lights!..OR i could just get a max-fan if it does what it says.... haha
