Her's are shredded beef, potato and cheese

She said she wanted low carb Blueberry Pancakes

1 C Almond flour
1Tbl sweetener of choice
1tsp baking soda
1/2tsp salt
1/4 C Milk
2 Eggs
1tsp Vanilla extract
-
1Tbl Butter
1 C Blueberries

Mix dry ingredients then add wet. Cook 1/4 C at a time on lowest possible setting with melted butter and a lid. Stuff cake with Blueberries once poured into pan.

Add butter and some keto syrup

Couple pounds Flap meat

BBQ'ed, just browned both sides. Cut into small pieces

Add jalapeño sauce

Home made or a can of this

and finish cooking
