look at whats for sale at thcbay buy 2 or 3 different packs , read the descriptions do some research,that height you can get out of most, the speed you can at least come close,some other benfits may come with added time,the yeild is more on you and your room,you could give some of the good growers on here any of these seeds and they would be able to work it the way almost the way your talking.you just have to start growing and searching yourself ,somebody could have these exact seeds your talking but in different hands the ball can easily be droped.if you dont use co2 better have some fresh air comeing and with that comes other problems the people not useing co2 are still getting fresh outside air comeing in and out so they are still needing co2 just not buying,you can grow a plant in a closed up room with a hid light and all that plants not going to grow fast or great, still gotta change the air and feed it right not the seeds falt.good luck, every body would like what your looking for.show us how its done
