Last mix for late flower
5ml/L in 1part g/m/b + 0.1g Ghsc boost + 0.1g mpk gives me

N 128.93
P 78.15
K 271.59
Mg 70.29
Ca 72.51 + 0.15 ec tap water
S 88.6
EC 1.5
This seems like a decent mix and I will be running my next rez with this combo

I have access to Ca EDTA at 10% so I could easily up the ca ppm to 92.51ppm with the addition of 0.2g/L.
Not cheap stuff but lasts along time If I use it as a Ca booster.

If i add an additional 0.3ml/L micro resulting in a 1.66 G +1.96M +1.66B +0.1 boost + 0.1 mpk

The final result is
N 143.16
P 78.5
K 281.94
Mg 70.29
Ca 85.61
S 88.6
EC 1.6

I am partial to this blend for additional Ca reducing the need for Ca EDTA and a bit more N

I will start blending my own or buying much cheaper chem to adjust to taste as I believe this brand Nutriplex ensures higher Ec's than necessary due to the very high S and MG in the bloom and due to the high K in the micro makes mixing a veg blend interesting.....
Just a recap
Gh Grow - 2.1.6 vs NP Grow - 2.5-1-5.5 +0.97 mg all in oxide.
Gh Micro - 5.0.1 Vs NP Micro - 4-0-2.85 +3.6 Ca
Gh Bloom - 0.5.4 vs NP Bloom - 0-4.28-4.87 + 4.9mg0 + 11.5s03

Woot! I managed to match the GHSC Hybrid regime pretty closely

GHSC Hybrid 1g/L +1g/L Ca chelate + 0.4g/L boost
150 83 272 56 100(150) 40
Vs
Np 2.5 Micro/L +1.5 Bloom/L +1 Grow/L + 0.1g/L Boost + 0.15g/L mkp
149 83 273 68 109 76
Mg and S are a bit higher and C after tap water is close enough to between the 100-150 ppm
I grow in coco/ perlite 50/50 mix so a bit more mg and s is fine by me.

I'm finding this thread fascinating. I haven't mixed my own nutrients since my greenhouse days 20 years ago and that was for toms peppers and cukes, so..

Anyway this thread has me teetering on an experiment and I'd like some feedback from those of you running these low P formulas.

I've had good results using the simple floranova line lately because well, I'm lazy.

Based on these results do you guys think I'd do better running floranova grow all the way through flower? Its ratio is 1.75 to 1 to 2.5. ... would it be necessary to bump the Ca/N up a bit? The bloom formula is 4-8-7 and you guys have me seriously questioning using it..

Currently I'm in week 3 of flower, feeding 50/50 grow and bloom at 1.2ec, with another 0.4 ec of massive bloom 1-2-3.
I suspect from reading this that there is a better combination for these nutes.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I need some help with ready-made mixes. At my location it's hard to get all elements separately.
Soi found this brand Haifa Chemicals -
The use for hydroponics.

Haifa is excellent quality. Professional greenhouses use 2-1-2 for general leaf crops. Like Haifa suggests, use a 2-1-3 or 2-1-4 throughout flowering. i.e. Polyfeed GG 16-8-32. Fatman admitted to personally using 2-1-4. They don't mention Calcium or Magnesium ... I hope they're in the formula. Ag is usually very transparent with their numbers, unlike hobby fertilizers (you can't go off their "guaranteed minimum" analysis). hth

So I'm trying my figure out a recipe for cloning.... indole-3-butryic acid I can get in g. But there is 1-Naphthaleneacetic acid that I've see. Multiple times in ready made solutions....thoughts suggestions?

HI, for Cannabis, the 3-1-3 is good for veg, and 2-1-3 good for Bloom which is ballpark estimates. Calcium is also a required important secondary nutrient!
Any more on cannabis ratios as yet really won't to make my own but scared ahaha atm. With 7 elements ?

Thinking off what iv read maybe

3-1-4 veg
3-1-5 bloom

Thanks

Why does fatman split Potassium Nitrate over A/B? Hydrobuddy doesn't seem to want to do this.

Is the calculator still available?
I use this one from time to time. Scroll down the page, the calculator is at the bottom.

now I will attempt to create a shopping list where people can locate ingredients listed above.
Trace Nutrients
Manganese -
Boron -
Zinc - http://www.cropking.com/HydroponicS...id=336&zenid=b28ee6ea1b71222349c7d0b38a0a2467
Copper - http://www.cropking.com/HydroponicS...id=325&zenid=b28ee6ea1b71222349c7d0b38a0a2467
Molybdate - http://www.cropking.com/HydroponicS...id=343&zenid=b28ee6ea1b71222349c7d0b38a0a2467
Iron -
or

Sulfur - included in Sulfates above

Main Nutrients
Nitrogen - very common, Calcium Nitrate, find the size that fits you

http://www.cropking.com/HydroponicS...d=1105&zenid=b28ee6ea1b71222349c7d0b38a0a2467
Phosphorus (this contains Potassium too as it is 0-52-34) - http://www.cropking.com/HydroponicS...id=332&zenid=b28ee6ea1b71222349c7d0b38a0a2467
Potassium - pretty eaasy to find, Potassium Sulfate
Calcium - Contained in Calcium Nitrate
Magnesium - http://www.cropking.com/HydroponicS...id=324&zenid=b28ee6ea1b71222349c7d0b38a0a2467

now for some basic chemisty or math.
Calcium Nitrate is 15-0-0
Monopotassium Phosphate is 0-52-34
Potassium Sulfate is 0-0-50

so, between these 3 you can match any desired NPK ratio, ie 1 part of each formula above =
15-0-0
0-52-34
0-0-50 +
_______
15-52-84

reduce that down by a dilution of 5, and you get
3-10-17 NPK

keep in mind you also have to add the trace + magnesium, which is usually pretty stable between all formulas or as needed by Cannabis

I believe PPM is grams per 1000 Liters.

Also, from the allhydronpics blog above, he just released a Nutrient Calculator!!

Every one of those links takes me to a redirected site, does anyone have a link for the online calculator please ive been going round in circles, im just trying to learn as much as possible to get away from liquid nutes, im in the uk and its much much bigger over here. Virtually nobody uses their own mixes, Im struggling to even find a decent dry 2 part mix to just buy

Thanks for any advice

Edit, sorry i saw that someone posted it, also if there are any UK members who can point me towards a good dry pre mix to use id be very grateful

Here is one of my general purpose mixes I use in sunshine for anyone interested. I find I can run it in my rooms with a bunch of different strains, and have a good balance between my lighter and heavier feeder. these PPM values are mixed solely from the 6 pack nutrients. I run this with my well water, the only other thing I really add is fulvic, in between feedings they may get some kelp, microbes, enzymes.

Lol just posted this in my thread... then seen this pop up. I suggest taking the time to read all of the info and what the calculations are. There is total nutrient and available and its important to understand the difference
