I would have pointed to the governments own patents and licenses issued under those patents, that was my suggestion to them of which they didn't take. I guess I'm confusing another case because I thought the crux of this case (not media hype) was the federal govt was accused of not taking scientific evidence into consideration, the feds stated they did and proved that they did, just not the evidence we would like to have seen OUR attorneys present. It became a moot point, a procedural win, I predicted as much, I do recall comments of the judge that were sympathetic but good legal councel ties the hands of the judge and many time True Justics does not prevail. What can we do? Write, gather, protest for the TRUTH so JUSTICE can be obtained.
