When can start feeding my cuttings after rooted and planted?

I've transplanted rooted cuts in their plugs directly into ffof in 4" pots. It's a little hot but most strains appreciate it. I don't start feeding until I tp the 4" into 1/2 gal pots of coco ~2-3 week later. I changed how I do it but this has worked well for me in the past.
