Lower that one to be able to support all branches. How far into flower again? Less than a week right? Add the second a little after a week of flower once they stretch a bit more.

I also have a question about my plant benders that I have on some the of the plants. Am I supposed to remove them eventually or leave the on the whole time? If I leave them on wouldn’t the stem not Be able to grow into a stalk because it’s restricting the stem?

Once the branch is trained (2 - 10 days) you should be able to remove any braces and they will stay where you trained them to.

Oh okay! Shoot I’ve left them on for so long I think it’s going to be hard to remove them without snapping the branch since they grew into the brace

Get them wet first. That will soften them a bit and give some flexibility.
