Ffof and Dr earth fert.?

I'm using ffof soil and am thinking about getting Dr earth bud and bloom . Has anyone used this combo? I don't know if I should mix the nutes in the soil before planting seeds or wait and top dress during flower? ( I don't want to burn the plants with too strong of nutes in soil)

I’m still a noob but can dry soil nutes burn?

I mix dry 4-4-4 & wormcastings into my soil but only after transplanting to first pot. That keeps them happy for a month or more.
