FFS, not another SF grow

Added exhaust to my little 20"x20"x48" grow last nite. SF1000 light and two autos. Have been keeping temp around 78-80 and humidity to 50-60. So far everything looks good. Very much an amateur at this. I've done 3 photo grows, but these are my first autos. Currently have a Glueberry, GSC, and Starfire Cream that hit 11 weeks flower yesterday and still no amber trichs. Planning on topping, lst, and giving lots of love to these autos.

Planted 3 seeds bought from UK. Ak47 popped in 3 days, Cheese in 7 days, and after 14 days my Lemon Haze started to pop yesterday. I figured since it was planted and not taking up much room in a solo cup that I'd leave it and give it a chance. Was hesitant to buy seeds onine, but after my first batch showed safe and sound with no issues , I've unfortunately been buying more seeds than I can plant. :) My friends across the bridge can grow legal, but I'm sure the Free State will be the last state to legalize.

Here is my AkK47 at 21 days. Topped at 18 and did a little lst tonite. Plant is vigorous so far. Going to start nutes in a day or two.
Plant in front is Cheese. I removed it's helmet the second day and it definitely affected the plant having it on so long, but she's catching up. Was 14 days Monday and I'll top this weekend.

Amnesia and cream caramel in the solos.

My first auto's, but thinking I'm going to become a fan.

We sure had a lot of grows with hps without advertising the company that built our lamps. And they had to actually build those lamps. Not hook together a couple circuit boards.


Just had to comment because of the thread title. Should say. FFS lets not advertise for a faceless company. ;-)

I have a 150 hps I've been using. Few reasons I wanted to try SF. So far happy with it. The dislike for SF seems to radiate here. After seeing the grow @Onedrop did, made me a want to try one.

sure. All the knock off boards will work great. Thats my point really. They have everyone wondering if they work rather than focus on build quality and parts.

For sure could be a few bucks cheaper. Seems to be lots of lights out there running the same diodes for less $ which is what my next board will be. For my little grow, these boards check a lot of the boxes.

Ak is at 31 days, cheese a couple days behind, and the amnesia and cream caramel are two weeks today. Ak and Cheese are MSNL and the cream and amnesia are Strainly buys. Feel like I've done everything right so far, (at least trying to) but question the AK. Fan leaves look awesome, upper leaves are very skinny and maybe a bit droopy? Is this possibly a trait of the columbian in it? Other than that, happy and having fun. SF1000, 70/30 FFHF and 1/8 FF nutes so far.

Here is AK at 38 days. Amnesia and CC are at 3 weeks. Just watered the two older plants. Topped Amnesia Wednesday night and did CC this morning. The CC is definitely a genetic struggle. I'm going to keep loving on it, I'll just keep an eye out if she herms. May or may not have loaded the tent too full, but gonna run with it. Happy so far.

Another week and the AK is at 45 days, Cheese (right front corner) is at 40 . Amnesia and Caramel Cream 4 weeks tomorrow. Ordered round baking racks and they will be here beginning of week. Should've been using them all along. Watering every other day and stopped the nutes after burning my tips. Went 1/8 grow big and big bloom on the two small plants and 1/4 on the two big ones tiger bloom and big bloom. Pretty sure I locked out the Amnesia. Got brown spots on leaves that I thought were maybe calcium def, but gave straight water and moved fan off her a bit, she looks much better after a couple days. Trying not to over react to every yellow leaf. And yea, 4 plants in a 20" x 20" tent are plenty.

OMG Becky... another SF grow

You should just dump a gallon of gas in that tent and light it up...

Under the right conditions, SF lights have been known to cause spontaneous bud growth. And who wants that

So far I'm pretty happy with it. Gonna keep my old HPS, but be surprised if I use it much.
