looks like they got too strong of a feeding. Are you letting the pots sit in water after you feed them?

Yes. Unless everything is super dialed in, you need to flush extra water through your pots to waste. This ensures no unused nute builds up to toxic levels, which will cause a host of ploblems. Plus, having your roots sit in water, without airation, will drown them.
