Which is gonna have a hard time making it in the tough world of law.

Amount present in saliva doesn't prove impairment which is the only actionable offense in a legal state. That's gonna be one rocky ridge to go over in the next couple years. Court precedent could either save or screw us all.

Also they can't force you to take the test no more than they can force you to take a breathalyzer. It's how so many drunk driving cases just get thrown out in court. They may take away your license for a year but they can't charge you with anything criminal unless it's in a state where they've passed "no refusal" laws. In those states they've got a system set up to streamline near instant warrants for forced blood or urine tests on refusal of a breathalyzer.

Most of the time though only people facing their 3rd or 4th infraction will refuse a test simply so they don't spend a decade in prison.
