Hahaha. Word. As you getting older the term DGAF comes to mind. I get some pretty weird looks when I'm shopping.at 6am when they open. I figure all those fuckers stocking the shelves don't care what I look like. Haha. So why should.I. ok.all kidding aside the wife has told me every fuck i g day for a week it's time for a haircut n shave.... tell in me what to do and shot....

I actually took a shower, ran a comb through the hair.... and I NEVER do that. Got to the haircut place.... and just turned around. Fuck man if there is one thing I hate it's getting a hair cut and the inevitable... awwwwww you look like a little boy. :) it's either a haggard beard or a little boy face. No middle ground.

anyone know how many grams of protein is in a normal dinner plate hah. these protein shakes are helping.. it hurts to eat with my bad teeth.. but this shake i can do. but they are only 30g of protein is that a typical lunch? i spent a shit load of calorries today hah. but you have to freeze them for them to taste good.

1 gram per lb bodyweight is a good minimum. I like to be closer to 2. Use milk if you can. Helps with flavor and calories. Peanut butter is a solid additive. It will blend in easy.

at 2.00 a pop, yeah i need to make them go further.. so sound like i buy some of these, then stretch them with smoothie. milk, ice,etc.

If you haven't tried it yet I would suggest picking up some Melatonin from your local store in the vitamins and supplements section.. Paranoia and lack of sleep sucks buddy.. Hope you can get some rest.

so i have 10 solo cups, and 1 blue solo cup to pop seeds with.

@Srenots do you know if i should use a bowl of water, etc.. or can i just pop them in the dirt or would that be a bad idea.. problem with salad it be a bitch to use a bowl to germ each seed. not sure how you guys do that. have a shit load of cups?

I have some early Reno Genetics which was planted as I am away.. I cannot wait to see what they do.. Truth.. :D Newer genetics I don't have but not because of him. =)
