About one month or one moth plus change for them to flower yes. Looking at the close ups its definetely pistils, its around 2 weeks into flower, in 1 week or so you can start removing fan leaves and bud sites that you dont want if any. How do you know exactly when? It will stop growing and start focusing on the buds, when you notice that its barely growing anymore if anything at all then you can do the big chop chop.

No, autoflowers are 18/6 or 20/4 from beggining to end. If you started with 18/6 then keep that til the end.
Photoperiodic plants need 12/12 otherwise they wont flower, so you choose when they go to flower when you change lights, with autos theres none of that.
Thank you your a life saver bro! Genius.

Is it normal for bottom leaf to die? And does she look ok?

Also I'm having trouble because the light from the top of the plant is only maybe 17inch and I can't raise the light higher. So I'm wondering if the top of the plant where the bud is growing, would that be too close to the light? @Eledin

ok it’s good to have around, especially being a new grower,. it’ll help if you get gnats etc as well,.
I bought this expensive ass soil and now I have those fast moving bugs I only seen one but I would expect cleaner soil I never had this problem

Diatomaceous earth...apply to top of soil after you water...let your soil fully dry and water again with just water...it should slow them down and kill them

Its safe just apply once and wait for results

Just mix the DE in the soil and forget about it and continue on with your grow. I mix it into all new soil before a grow and usually mix more in half way through a grow. It's not toxic, won't hurt your plants. Just don't breath it. It's mother natures glass. And the pest die of a 1k cuts. And overtime as you use it and you reclaim soil it does start breaking down ever so slowly and gives your plants a bit of natural silica. I will mix 8 heaping cups of DE into these three bags maybe more, some Gaia Green, Recharge, more worm castings. And also have a sampler kit from Xtreme Gardening so Azos, CalCarb and Mykos is going in. Let it cook for a few days and then transplant the GG4 photo from a 7 gal. Rain Science mesh bag to a 15 gal. Rain Science mesh bag and let it keep vegging. Maybe flip it to flower in Feb.

U should have just invested in some diatomaceous earth would have killed two birds one stone would have killed the bugs and also got some silica in your plants life ..... That's just my opinion tho and opinions are like assholes everyone has one
