Just air stones
Does it aerosol the water so that it raises the humidity in the bottom chamber and that's how the roots get water and air?

My plan is to get a 5 gal bucket and stick a pond pump with an aerator head to wet the clones from below. I can probably get around 8 sites out of it.

Hope it all works out. So far it looks like the cuts are ok.

I don't like taking cuts that small. I just don't have much success when they are that small. In all my years of cloning what works for me best is to take cuts with no less than 3 nodes. I usually root them in dirt or cubes but going forward I'm going to make a DIY aeroponic cloner and see how that goes. I've tried to use other aeroponic cloners but ended up with rotted clones. Going to grow a mother and play with the aerocloner to see what techniques I need to employ for success.
I also hope so! I consider a free plant from a free bag seed to be a victory.

To the OP, you don't need any of that. You can take a clone and put it in 2 solo cups like a makeshift dome. I use coots mix with nothing but honey in the raw as a sugar source for rooting. I usually get roots within 2-3 weeks at most. I actually got a YouTube video showing the whole process of you're interested. Can I post yt links?

Yes, please share. I need to learn how. I cant afford wasting pottential clones

Hey bro check out my YT video. It's wayyy easier with literally 2 solo cups and a little bit of soil. Check it out if you get time. ✌
I did; it seemed quite simple and less expensive than purchasing domes and other propagating equipment. I need solo cups now 😂.

Don’t over think it. I’ve done it in a homedepot probagator with powdered rooting hormone.
Thats awesome! I wish I had clonex, but might stop at home depot just to get that powder you mentioned.

bahaha. Yeah and the biggest benefit that most don't realize, this is great because it keeps your clone in a single environment. With HLVd going around everywhere, it isolates the plant by itself so it wont catch anything. Huge benefit now days. Anyways, I found that Walmart is usually the best place to find it for cheap. Sometimes you can find it online too. Good Luck bro ✌

Your method will be used for the next clones!

oh damn you have an AC Infinity dome. Those are really rugged. If you need just 1-2 clones, it can be easier for the solo cups but anything more I would go with the dome. Totally your call tho. ✌
I'm using your method if I'm only creating two clones for educational purposes. I just need to purchase my solo cups from Walmart.
