When transplanting should I break the roots a bit or is it bad practiceIt’s called weed for a reason. Cause it grows like weeds and is hard to knock down. You probably helped it by breaking up the root ball. That exposes the denser inner roots to the new soil. It is common to do that on purpose to accelerate the transplant.
Personal preference. Research root pruning. I personally rough up all my plant root balls when transplanting. I like to claw and shake a bit to loosen the root ball. Especially when it is heavily bound. When transplanting should I break the roots a bit or is it bad practice
