First grow and need advice

Question. Should I trim these leaves off to provide light to the branches below? I don't want to take off too many and it not be able to absorb enough light bit I plan to start flower within the next week or so.

To be clear I'm only talking about the 5 tipped ones the 7 tips aren't much in the way as of now at least

I'd wait longer to remove any leaf. Let that plant grow bigger/stronger. Ya know photoperiods in my experience take about 4 months to mature.

They're 1 month old right now. I don't care about getting like a half pound or anything I'll be happy with an oz lol. In total I only have 50 bucks in this grow and 40 of it is the light

Plus I have court in April and might have to pull some more time so I'm already risking not being there for the harvest

Plant is 11 inches tall right now so following the basic rule of how sativas are it should get up to 22 inches or more

Update. Don't have mildew I have thirps but I sprayed with hydrogen peroxide diluted. They looking better now

Not looking bad so far! Along with all the advice already given, I’d definitely checkout The HighWay’s Grow Guides.

Theres tons of info on how to grow from germination to harvest. Also some nice info in the product reviews section, especially regarding LED lights which I see you already got (that was my first grow light!)

It will grow from the tops of the plant, and the nodes. The nodes are where new branches grow from

No that's about day 21 of flower. She didnt show any signs of the mutation before flower. She's on day 60ish today.

It will most likely double, depending on the strain. Could be more or could be less, but if its a sativa i would expect a big stretch. Good luck dude! Keep us posted!
