First Grow- Monday Week 8 flowering

Temperature : 25/26 degrees
Humidity : 40/41%

Currently on week 8, been hit with a spider mite infestation so I end up cleaning leaves every couples of days with neem oil mix with water not sure if it’s killing of them though. I was looking to harvest this week for Xmas, any tips for Increasing yield at this stage? Are they ready to harvest?

Also If anyone has some keen advice on revegging as I have plans to reveg and make these mother plants.

Tip for increasing yield in your stage is to wait them to finish.. they bud up , especially
last week or two.
