first grow,need a little advice on the move to a table from rr

this is my first grow,and i read for hours everyday,still i would like a few opinions on when i should move from rapid rooter plugs to my flood table,im using a 1000 watt mh..any advice is greatly appreciated

what type of medium are you planning to run in the flood bed? Need more info bro to help you out.

Need to explain a little more regarding that flood table and the actual transplant... medium, container size, ect are needed to give you the best advise.
