First grow Over veg problem or not?

using 2 xtrasun 6 hoods 2 weeks into flower im over 4' in height. my area has expanded to 8x6 under only 2 hoods. should i bunch em together tighter and hope for a good top kola or spread more and hope for more small buds? Please advise:animbong:
