Two, got it. Looks healthy - lots of leaves making sticky flowers.

How many weeks have you been in flower? Looks like 2/3 weeks in?

Things to think about. Pruning around day 21 and really pruning or tucking daily when leaves covering buds.

Humidity, you want to try to have Humidity on lower side 40s 50s, just depends on temp as well if chasing that perfect vpd. But low Humidity will reduce chance of mold for sure.

Patience on harvest. Not going to try and tell you the exact day you should harvest, be wary of others that do. Imo frenchie cannoli method/definition of ripeness is only correct but I don't even try that savant level shit. I look at trichomes as a baseline to help me determine.

Your next step is to be patient. They look good. Continue to take care of them but remember this as a new grower ... you can't make them mature faster than what the genetics dictate, However, there's plenty you can do to slow them down. Take care of their needs and they will do the rest for you.

Congrats on making it this far! This is where things kick up a notch in difficulty. The plant is much more susceptible to various conditions while in flowering as it is directing all of its energy towards flower productions.

Pro tip though- keep an eye on where your branches connect to the main stem and other weak points. They can become overburdened from the weight of the growing buds and begin breaking. If that happens they make plant yo yo’s to help support the weight. They are relatively cheap.

Still looks a to be a couple weeks away, from the pictures. Have you looked at the trichomes through a loupe? Personally, i take them when they are barely 10% amber and mostly cloudy.

The only way to KNOW is to examine the trichomes under a microscope. You can get one hat attaches to your phone for about 20 bucks. You’ve come this far. Take it from someone who has made the mistake of phoning it in at the end.

Finish strong! :)

All depends on what kind of buz you want.
I chop like many with mostly milky slightly amber trichs. This is early for many and often offers a more energentic/ paranoid buzz, as opposed to couch lock from all amber 12-13 weekers...
Amber is the THC degrading.

Looks like you could chop anytime between now and a week. More experienced growers will hopefully chime in. Looking great though!

The white pistils will turn brown and recede into the calyxes as the calyxes begin to swell. You should see 90%+ of those pistils turn brown.

You can check trichomes but I don’t think it’s the most accurate way to tell ripeness. I wait till the pistils recede and then I will use a loupe to check the trichomes.

The piece you cut off looks like it’s from a sugar leaf. I would suggest inspecting the actual bud over the sugar leafs.

Could you post a more clear image of the plant? It’s a bit grainy. It’s looking good and you might be right, it’s looking about time to chop.

Congrats on getting towards your first harvest must be a good feeling like a proud mumma I would cut em down your sugar leaves are starting to brown a bit if it browns right to the bud it can make your smoke harsh so without knowing trich colour I’d say chop em well done
