First grow, seeds gone in 2 days

I planted my first seeds ever 2 days ago. This morning when I came out to check on them they were gone. Holes in the soil, something had eaten all of them! Not to mention they got into my seed package next to my indoor plant site and I have no seeds left. What kind of bugs do this?!

I believe that would be true.. glad it happened before my grow had some age, to learn of this problem! :)

I had a problem with squirrels digging up my soil and small plants. Could also be a mouse/rat or a bird
