Sorry, I should have been more clear, I meant are you recommending one over the other. I prefer live especially in higher temps and because you dont need to dose every 2-3 days. Neither is right nor wrong just different. In some systems sterile is better for its ability to keep any bacteria...

How are these looking? It's my first grow, my opinion is that I have another 2 or so weeks, as I don't have any amber trichs yet.
Just unsure of myself as it the first time

In your last picture in that thread:

See all the white stigmas? See one or two red, shriveled stigmas? When they're all red and shriveled, look at trichs on FLOWER BRACTS, not the ones on leaves. When you see the amount of amber you want, chop them.

Alternatively, wait until the stigmas are red and shriveled, then wait one more week.

You have more than 2 weeks to go, IMO.
